These Pondurance Security Alert Text Messaging Terms & Conditions govern Pondurance’s text messaging program for security alert notifications and related operational communications.

Pondurance Security Alert Notifications
Program Description
Pondurance Security Alert Notifications are text messages sent by Pondurance to authorized customer contacts regarding high-priority security alerts, cybersecurity incidents, incident investigation updates, service-impacting notifications, and other operational communications related to Pondurance’s managed security services, platform, and customer environments.
These messages are provided for operational and security purposes only and are not intended for marketing, advertising, or promotional use.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing a mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages from Pondurance - through enrollment and enabling SMS notifications via the Pondurance customer portal - you expressly authorize Pondurance to send text messages to the mobile number provided for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided, or that you are otherwise authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.Text notification consent can be revoked at any time by following opt out instructions contained herein.
Managing SMS Notification Preferences
Where available, authorized customer contacts may manage SMS notification preferences through Pondurance’s customer portal, including turning SMS notifications on or off according to the customer’s notification configuration.
Portal-based notification settings may control whether Pondurance sends SMS notifications for eligible high-priority security alerts, incident-related updates, service-impacting notifications, and related operational communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on security activity, alert volume, incident status, customer configuration, notification preferences, and service needs. Messages may be sent on a recurring basis when high-priority alerts or related operational events occur.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your mobile service plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving Pondurance text messages at any time by replying STOP to any Pondurance text message.
After you reply STOP, Pondurance may send a confirmation message and will stop sending text messages to that mobile number, except where permitted by law. You may also manage SMS notification preferences through Pondurance’s customer portal, or by contacting customer support.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers and Delivery
Text message delivery may depend on your mobile carrier, network availability, device settings, and other factors outside Pondurance’s control. Pondurance does not guarantee that text messages will be delivered without delay or interruption.
Authorized Customer Contacts
Pondurance Security Alert Notifications are intended for authorized customer contacts responsible for receiving cybersecurity alerts, incident notifications, service-impacting notices, or related operational communications.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all mobile numbers provided to Pondurance are accurate, up to date, and associated with individuals authorized to receive text messages from Pondurance.
Customers acknowledge that removing or deleting a user from the Pondurance Scope portal will result in revocation of consent to call or send SMS messages to the associated mobile telephone numbers for that user. Customers are responsible for updating authorized recipients through the Pondurance customer portal.
Changes to These Terms
Pondurance may update these Text Messaging Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated terms will be posted or otherwise made available through Pondurance’s designated communication channels. Continued participation in the text messaging program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Dispute Resolution
The Pondurance Security Alert Text Messaging program shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia. Any dispute related to the Pondurance Text Messaging Program shall be filed in State or Federal Court located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
