Our Assurance Guarantee
The Pondurance MDR Incident Assurance Guarantee is how we back up the quality and effectiveness of our MDR. If you have a qualifying breach incident on our watch, we’ll provide data forensics and incident response services to resolve the situation up to a value of $2M.

Priority Response
If you have a potential breach incident, our DFIR team will be there on a priority basis. No paperwork to slow things down.
5 hours of support
You will receive up to 5 free hours from our DFIR team to determine the facts related to the incident and if it qualifies for our Incident Assurance Guarantee. You can also use these hours instead for any of our cyber advisory services.
ELIGIBILITY
All of our MDR customers are eligible for this guarantee
Pondurance takes protecting our MDR customers from breach risks seriously. That’s why you are all eligible for our Incident Assurance Guarantee. The only requirement for an incident to qualify is that Pondurance was fully operational and had visibility into activity related to the suspected event based on a source of traffic we were given monitoring access (i.e., we were monitoring events from endpoints and logs where the threat was detected but we failed to properly diagnose or overlooked the event).
