Landon Lewis Founding Partner
Landon manages the information security and managed service practices at Pondurance. Originally from Crawfordsville, Indiana, he began his tech career working for IBM at age 19. Soon after, his parents’ computer suffered a cyber attack, sparking Landon’s passion for information security. As a self-taught and lifelong learner, he’s gained a strong cyber security background spanning multiple industries while earning his CISSP credentials. When he’s not behind a keyboard, Landon loves cooking, auto racing, working on his car, camping, and mountain biking. He also volunteers as the Indiana InfraGard IT Sector Chief and the Indianapolis OWASP chapter leader. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and three children.
Ron Pelletier Founding Partner
Ron leads the continuity practice at Pondurance. With over 15 years of information security and business continuity experience, he brings seasoned expertise in all areas of risk advisory, incident response, and forensic investigations. In addition, his training as a US Army commissioned officer has equipped him with problem-solving and risk analysis capabilities well-suited for the tech world. Outside of work, Ron serves as a member of the Indiana Executive Council on Cybersecurity, as well as the FBI’s Indiana Cyber Threat Focus Group. He enjoys reading, biking, and triathlon competitions, and lives in Indianapolis with his wife, a campaign leader for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Dustin Hutchison Partner
Dustin brings over a decade of experience in information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance to Pondurance. His prior work history includes healthcare compliance, risk assessments, policy development, and cyber security analytics. With tangible industry experience, Dustin understands client hardships and how to recommend processes, all while speaking the client’s language. He earned his PhD, MBA, and BS from IUPUI, Indiana Wesleyan, and Capella. Outside of Pondurance, Dustin teaches classes on Linux, Microsoft, cyber security, and legal issues as an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech, Sullivan University, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and three children.
Nick Sturgeon Security Operations Center Director
Nick oversees the SOC at Pondurance, providing top-notch threat hunting and incident response services to many of the firm's clients. With a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Indiana State and a master's in cyber forensics from Purdue, Nick is also a graduate of the 67th Indiana State Police Recruit Academy. Prior to Pondurance, he spent eight years as an ISP trooper in multiple capacities, including two years managing the IN-ISAC and the State of Indiana's Security Operations Center. Nick works part time as an instructor with the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he is developing and teaching information security courses to state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) government officials. In his spare time, he volunteers as a robotics coach, is a beginner blacksmith, and enjoys video gaming and archery.
Dennis Porter Director of Operations
Dennis manages day-to-day operations at Pondurance. He also develops new growth strategies and ensures all company operational and administrative services are effective and efficient. Prior to joining the team, Dennis was the Business Intelligence Program Manager for Allegion, with a focus on strategic development and platform integrations for the Americas. Outside the office, he enjoys running, swimming, cycling, spending time with friends, and spoiling his pug, Kiko.
Matt Baker Regional Director of Sales
Matt Baker directs the sales team for Pondurance. A graduate of Florida State University, he has worked in the cyber security and compliance industry since 2013. Matt plays an active role in local cyber security groups such as ISSA and OWASP, and he is currently studying for his CISSP certification. In his spare time, Matt sits on the board of directors for the non-profit RIPITT Foundation.
Ashly Myers Marketing and Communications Manager
Ashly develops and distributes the Pondurance story to attract clients and satisfy customers. In her role, she oversees brand management, special events, campaign strategy and execution, lead generation, and content. Before joining the Pondurance team, Ashly worked in marketing and event operations for the NCAA, IndyCar Series, Angie’s List, and Pivot Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and binge-watching TV.
Curtis Brazzell Managing Security Consultant
Curtis manages the penetration and application testing team at Pondurance. With a lifelong passion for all things IT, he brings a well-rounded skill set to the team. His prior roles include professional experience as a database administrator, systems administrator, senior security analyst in a global SOC, and a lead digital forensics investigator and malware analyst. Curtis has created his own Intrusion Detection and Response platform in his free time, and loves to tinker with innovative ideas. He also likes spending time with family and being outdoors.
Brett Bane Managing Consultant
Brett manages the regulatory compliance experience at Pondurance, where he assists in building programs to alleviate compliance pain points for his clients. With a broad spectrum of industry experience, Brett looks for new ways to improve processes, use resources more effectively, and seeks opportunities through risk assessments and compliance audits. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two cats, traveling, games, reading, and movies.
Lewie Wilkinson Sr. Security Analyst
Lewie manages the Security Operations Center at Pondurance. Prior to joining the team, he gained a wealth of IT experience as the Service Desk Manager at Netfor, where he was responsible for operations and incident management. He also developed, maintained, and improved procedures for nearly every aspect of the service desk, gaining valuable know-how in many roles related to IT and service delivery. Outside of work, he likes to play around with laser spirographs, work on cars, and spend time with his wife and kids.
Cathy Iacobucci Controller
Cathy serves as the head of accounting at Pondurance. She brings significant experience from a variety of industries to the team. Not only has she implemented various web-based solutions to design an integrated accounting system, but she’s also built a strategic planning and decision-making financial model for Pondurance. Outside of work, she volunteers at Hamilton Southeastern HS, implementing their first online ticketing software and event promotion. She also enjoys cooking, reading, walking, and singing in her church choir.
