Ron Pelletier

Ron Pelletier is a partner at Pondurance LLC, a professional services firm specializing in enterprise risk management, and the protection of technology and information assets.  He has over 15 years of operational and advisory experience in the industry.

Ron graduated from Indiana University at South Bend in 1994, where he earned his B.A. degree in English.  He was cross-enrolled within the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) at the University of Notre Dame, where he was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army upon graduating.  Ron served 5 years on active duty and 4 additional years as both a reservist, and a member of Indiana’s Army National Guard.  He attained the rank of captain before leaving service, and his roles included combat platoon leader, chief of operations and risk management, and Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) leader.

After leaving active duty service in 1999, Ron was hired on as a risk assurance and advisory professional with Big Four accounting firm Ernst & Young, where he continued to build on his risk management experience in the areas of business continuity planning and information security.  His time with Ernst & Young provided him with exposure to a variety of industries and business risk topics, and experience with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to small, non-profit groups.

Ron is an active speaker and guest lecturer for a number of organizations and universities on the topics of information security, business continuity, and information assurance and compliance.  He is a board member for the Information Systems and Operation Management (ISOM) program, an extension of the Miller College of Business at Ball State University.  He is also a member of the Indianapolis chapter for the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA).

Ron is certified in multiple disciplines relating to information and asset protection, including:  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); Certified Information Systems Security Manager (CISM); Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Computer Forensics Examiner (CCFE); and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).

Landon Lewis

Landon Lewis is a Partner at Pondurance LLC possessing over a decade of experience in the information security industry. Landon provides leadership and expertise in the execution of Assessment, Forensics, Litigation, and Technology practice areas. Previously, Landon was a Senior Consultant on the Accuvant LABS team, specializing in penetration testing and enterprise level security assessment programs. Typical engagements included vulnerability assessments and configuration reviews of network devices and appliances, operating systems such as Linux/Unix/BSD, Windows, VOiP and phone systems, and embedded systems such as SmartMeters and Inflight Entertainment Systems. Prior to joining the Accuvant LABS team, Landon was a Senior Consultant for the Accuvant Technology Solutions practice where he focused on security, network, and SIEM solutions.

Prior to joining Accuvant, Landon served as a SCADA/Control System Security Consultant and Researcher for Digital Bond. While at Digital Bond, Landon contributed to the SCADA IDS signatures used in many commercial IDS/IPS solutions. He also co-developed the Tenable Nessus SCADA plugins, SCADA Honeynet, and spoke at the first annual SCADA Security Scientific Symposium (S4) in Miami, Florida. Landon’s remaining experience was gained at IBM, Midwest ISO, Verisign, and Fifth Third Bank. Through his exposure as a consultant Landon has seen applications, networks, and security controls utilized by many of the Fortune 500, public, private, state and government entities. His unique background in architecture and design combined with the experience of a pentester allows him to successfully solve difficult IT risk management challenges.

Landon is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP).

Jeff Foresman

Jeff Foresman is a Partner at Pondurance LLC with a formidable background of PCI compliance experience. Prior to Pondurance, Jeff served as a Principal Consultant with Fishnet Security. During his time with Fishnet, he assisted multiple Fortune 100 companies with strategic PCI initiatives in both retail and banking. Prior to that, Jeff provided guidance on the PCI Security Standards as a Trainer where he mentored many students seeking the Qualified Security Assessor (PCI-QSA) and Payment Application Qualified Security Assessor (PA-QSA). Prior to joining the PCI Counsel, Jeff served as a Principal Consultant for Verizon Business (formerly Cybertrust) where he provided PCI compliance guidance to multiple Fortune 500 clients. His remaining experience was gained at SARCOM and Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions where he provided information security solutions.

Jeff is certified is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), InfoSec Assessment and Evaluation Methodology (IAM/IEM), Certified HIPAA Security Professional (CHSP), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
